We are pleased to offer our delivery services to a wide range of areas, including the West Rand, Krugersdorp, East Rand, Edenvale, Northern Suburbs, Midrand, and Johannesburg. However, we do not deliver south of Johannesburg. This ensures that customers in these regions have convenient access to our products.
How Our Free Delivery Works:
1. Orders within a 20 km radius of the Farm:
1.1. For orders below R500.00 within this radius, there is a delivery fee of R60.00.
1.2. For orders exceeding R500.00 within this radius, delivery is free.
2. Orders outside a 20 km radius from the Farm:
2.1. For orders below R1000.00 and outside this radius, the delivery fee is R150.00.
2.2. For orders exceeding R1000.00 outside this radius, delivery is free.
Note: How We Calculate Shipping Zones
Our shipping zones are based on straight-line distances from Valley View Farm, Nooitgedacht, Roodepoort, measured as the crow flies using precise geographic coordinates. For example, our “within 20 km” zone includes areas up to 20 km in a straight line, while our “21–50 km” zone covers areas beyond 21 km up to 50 km. Because actual driving routes may be longer due to road networks, we’ve included a 5 km leeway to ensure areas close to the boundary (e.g., slightly over 20 km by road) are fairly included in the appropriate zone. For instance, an area 22 km away in a straight line may be up to 27 km by road, and our leeway accommodates this.
